Darling Harbour is putting the free into freedom, with a school holiday program packed with ideas to get the kids moving.
We’re inviting families of all shapes, sizes, and abilities to test their limits, and revel in the joy of movement at Move, Groove, Darling. From playgrounds to parkour, aerobics, yoga, dancing, body percussion, and even a classic school (holiday) disco, we’ve got all the ways to keep your kids moving these holidays.

From hula hooping, to 80's aerobics, body percussion, to mastering the hottest K-Pop moves, and even throwback for the whole family at Darling Harbour's school (holiday) disco, there's an adventure for every little body (and maybe even a grown-up or two!).
