Get ready to move, groove, and make memories!
Move, Groove, Darling returns in 2025 for 3 days of non-stop fun during the school holidays. We're packing each day with activities to get everyone off the couch and into the action.
From zen moments in our yoga and meditation zone to high-flying adventures at Parkoursome, there's something for every kid (and kid at heart!).
And don't miss our epic Saturday night School (holiday) Disco – a throwback party the whole family will love! So, dust off your dancing shoes and join us for a celebration of movement and pure joy!

The Tumble Zone
Step into the past and join us at the Tumble Zone! Presented by FunFit, The Tumble Zone brings together fun and nostalgia for the whole family. Parents get to show their kids the classic games they loved growing up, from hula hoops and spinning the longest or to elastics and mastering the perfect routine. There’s fun to be had for all ages!

Accessibility
Darling Harbour aims to deliver an inclusive and accessible Move, Groove, Darling experience:
- Easy navigation: Find accessible pathways into Tumbalong Park and flat surfaces within the Zen Den (slight entry gradient). Check the Darling Harbour map for overall accessibility.
- Accessible toilets: Find conveniently located accessible toilets, about 150 meters from both sides of Tumbalong Park.
- Stable footing: The Tumbalong Park event area features grass and Supa Trac flooring, designed for stability. (Note: grass may be muddy/slippery.)
- Onsite first-aid: St. John Ambulance First Aid will be available Saturday afternoon.
- Helpful staff: Look for the Darling Harbour team in colorful or NSW Government logo shirts – they're here to assist!
- Sensory-friendly Zen Den: Enjoy light amplification and calm activities like kids' yoga and meditation.
