Celebrate the Moon Festival at Darling Square with a large-scale vibrant lanterns’ installation, illuminated lion dancers, free kids’ activities and delicious eats!

The Moon Festival, also known as Mid-Autumn Festival celebrates the Autumn harvest and originates from the ancient Chinese practice of moon worshipping to express gratitude for the year's harvest and blessings. Originating in China, the festival is also celebrated across various countries in Asia including Korea, Japan, Vietnam and Singapore. Moon Festival is a time to connect with family and friends, honour the full harvest moon and enjoy a feast and mooncakes with loved ones.
