BOOKING GUARANTEE POLICY: To make this booking we require a credit card pre-authorisation. Nothing will be debited from your card when making the booking, however, if you cancel within 7 days of your booking or don't show up, a cancellation fee of $50 per person will be taken as specified.

FINAL NUMBER & PAYMENT: Please note final numbers are due 7 days prior to the Melbourne Cup event and full payment will also be required once final numbers are confirmed on Tuesday 29th October 2024.
