Time

Each 2-hour session is exclusive for one group.

Capacity

Dining Dome by Planar has a maximum capacity of 10 guests, and a minimum capacity of 4 guests.

Should you wish to dine in the dome with less than 4 guests, a minimum spend of $396 applies to your session. 

Food & Beverages

The 3 course banquet menu is available exclusively for Dining Dome experience, which is also a compulsory element when you book the Dome. 

Drinks are available to purchase on consumption, alternatively we have a 2-hour beverage package available for bookings with 4 guests or more.

Weather Conditions

Our Dining Dome is weather-proof and can withstand certain weather conditions such as wind or rain.

In extreme weather conditions, you will be contacted to discuss your booking schedule.

Terms & Conditions

• Bookings for Dining Dome must be completed 48 hours prior to the selected date and time.
• Credit card details are required upon completing your Dining Dome reservation. 
• We will hold a pre-authorisation amount in your card to secure the booking.
• 50% of the amount held will be charged if cancelled within 72 hours prior to your booking.
• 100% of the amount held will be charged for no shows or cancellations within 24 hours prior to your booking.
• Please note a 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Please note there is a 1.1% surcharge for all credit card transactions. 
• The duration of your Dining Dome reservation will be strictly 2 hours.
  Failure to depart on time will incur a penalty fee.
• The dining dome will be exclusive to your group throughout the duration of the booking.
• Dietary requirements must be submitted via email to the restaurant at least 72 hours prior to your booking.
• External food and drinks are not allowed in the Dining Dome.
• External decorations are permitted, however, a $200 cleaning fee applies if any external decorations are left behind. 
• No confetti is permitted.
• No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the Dining Dome.
• By making a booking, you agree to all of the above Terms and Conditions.
