Sokyo draws on traditional Japanese cuisine and Sydney’s best produce to create a refined menu of sashimi, tempuras and meats flamed over the robata grill. This is accompanied by one of Australia’s best wine lists. Dinner is still the main event, but Sokyo has recently branched out into breakfast and even won recognition for serving the best breakfast in the country in the National Savour Australia Hostplus Award for Excellence.
