Gua Baos, or Taiwanese pork buns, may be one of the most delicious street foods ever created. Lucky for us, the Mr. Bao market stall has settled into a permanent location, bringing their famous Vietnamese/Japanese/Taiwanese fusion baos to Darling Square. Their menu includes all the classics including a pillowy soft milk bun wrapped around crackling pork, and dessert baos with crispy buns and green tea ice cream.
