Sip & Savour on the Green

Enjoy mouth-watering street food and live entertainment by day, then dinner and drinks under the stars throughout Vivid Sydney. A whimsical gazebo on the Village Green, complete with fairy lights and hammocks, creates the perfect space for you to grab a bite to eat and relax during the day or a drink under the stars.

Sip & Savour on the Green features various rotating street food vendors serving up global cuisines and specialty desserts alongside Darling Quarter’s restaurants and cafes, including Vesta Italian, Braza Churrascaria, the newly opened St Dreux and Haven Specialty Coffee.

The House of Bombay Bar, a partnership between Darling Quarter, Bombay Sapphire and VIVID Sydney, will also be open each night from 27 May until 18 June. Bar guests will be able to order food from the Darling Quarter street food vendors via a QR code and have it delivered straight to their table, making it that much easier to sit back and unwind with friends. A street food degustation for $60pp comprising six dishes will also be available for those seated at the Bar. This six-dish menu will include one item from each vendor, including dessert and will change along with the vendors, keeping it exciting for those visiting multiple times.

A daily line-up of live music with local bands, solo artists, and DJs taking to the stage will be entertaining you daily from 11.30am until 2.30pm. Each evening, immerse yourself in the Vivid Sydney light installations.

The weekends will see extra family entertainment such as face painting, glitter tattoos and stilt walkers, perfect for families visiting the neighbouring Darling Harbour Children's Playground.
