About the artwork - 'Emergence'
"Emergence," a collaboration by Sophi Odling and Christina Huynh on Mandylights' lantern towers, celebrates cultural unity. Through botanicals, snake imagery, and illumination, it expresses transformation and the beauty of diversity. The artwork's internal and external glow symbolises enlightenment and the enduring energy of shared traditions, inviting reflection on our own cultural connections.
