BREAKFAST
Eggs Benito: – crispy cheese polenta, Nduja bechamel, poached eggs, baby spinach, smoked salmon.
Italian eggs: – Poached eggs in arrabiata sauce, mushrooms, baby spinach, grilled focaccia.
Granola Bowl: – home made passion fruit Yoghurt, red berries, toasted shaved coconut, chia seeds.
ENTRÉE
Beef tartare: Tajima grass fed steak MB4+, parsley, cornichons, Suehiro, Dijon mustard, chives, crispy Kimm Bugak
Crudo: Blue fin Tuna and King Fish sashimi medley, fermented chilli, herbs, finger lime caviar, crispy Tuscan kale
Panzanella salad: Bread croutons, heirloom tomatoes, smoked buffalo mozzarella cheese, basil, 18 month barrel aged balsamic vinegar
Course 2 (Choice of Main)
MAINS
Spanner Crab Linguini: home made fresh pasta, roasted cherry tomato passata, spanner crab, lemon juice, finished with pangratatto
Lamb hump: slow cooked Lamb rump, mint, carrots puree, jus, and micro herbs.
Fish of the day envelope: ( fennel, lemon, dill, thyme, butter and Verjus)
Course 3 (Choice of Dessert)
DESSERTS
Chocolate Deluxe: Chocolate brownie, corn chocolate mix, chocolate ganache finished with chocolate soil.
Churros Pana cotta: Classic vanilla panna cotta, served with churros crumbs and mandarin powder.
Limoncello tiramisu: lady finger biscuits, with limoncello and mascarpone
