Champagne Bar's New Spring Menu
Champagne Bar’s new menu includes a Spanner Crab Crumpet with fermented chilli, chive and bottargo; Scallops grilled over Coals with a bonito emulsion and lemon herb crumble; and a Lobster Roll on toasted brioche.
Cocktails play an equally important role along side the Champagne offering with new selections expertly crafted by a talented team of bartenders and including Sweet William, Rosemary infused Tanqueray gin, Poire William pear liqueur, lemon, Perrier-Jouët; or The Botanist, Pandan infused Botanist gin, Italicus, Amaro Nonino, coconut, lemon, walnut, egg white.
Champagne Bar is open Monday – Thursday & Sunday: Open from 5:00pm – 11:00pm
Friday & Saturday: Open from 3:00pm – 12.00am.
Champagne Hour, available every Monday – Thursday from 5pm to 7pm
