Easter at Fratelli Fresh
Fratelli Fresh are serving up a slow-roasted Easter spectacular: 12 hour slow-cooked lamb shoulder.
Available on Easter Sunday for lunch and dinner, it is served with rosemary roast potatoes, honey-roast vegetables with brown butter and toasted almonds, mint salsa verde and gravy. There is house-made hazelnut tiramisu for dessert too.
This tremendous Easter feast costs $39 per person (minimum two people, pre-bookings only). It is also available to pre-order for pick-up or takeaway at $79.
The cut-off date to order the roast for pre-order in-venue dining or take-away/pick-up is 10am Thursday 1 April. Pick-up is available all day on Friday 2 and Saturday 3 April and between 11am and 12 noon on Easter Sunday.
