Get ready to shake things up and learn to craft your favourite festive cocktails as Sofitel's Champagne Bar hosts two Cocktail Making Masterclasses. Perfect your skills, and impress your friends at this year's Christmas party.

Spice up your Friday nights at Latin Nights by the Bay. Immerse yourself in the vibrant sounds of salsa, bachata and mambo and dance the night away each week with one of Sydney's top Latin Dance schools. Beginners, pro's and everyone in between welcome! 

Calling all beer lovers! BeerFest is taking over Darling Harbour on 5 and 6 Dec. Sample craft beers from over 300 breweries across Australia and the globe. Pair your brews with delicious food options and a lively festival atmosphere.
