Hello Auntie plates up contemporary Vietnamese fusion dishes designed to share with Asian-inspired cocktails and hand-picked sakes. This is the new school of Vietnamese cooking, with a few street food favourites thrown in for good measure. If you go late, make sure you ask to see the ‘secret food and cocktail menu’ which can only be viewed under a UV light at night.
