StickyBeak is more than just a festival - it's a celebration of Sydney's thriving hospitality scene. After the challenges of recent years, StickyBeak will bring people together to experience the heart and soul of our city.

• Bessie’s: the brand-new hotspot from the Bar Copains team, promises bold flavours and warm hospitality.
• FIREPOP: Indulge in their signature cumin-spiced OG lamb skewers, hot off the grill.
• Gelato Messina: Relish Australia's iconic gelato spot
• Takam: Sample Filipino small plates from Darlinghurst's favourite.
• Shadow Baking: sample a special range of baked goods created just for StickyBeak.
• Flora: Discover sustainable, vegetarian-friendly dishes bursting with flavour from the Continental Deli Team.
• Attenzione!: Journey to the Mediterranean with their transportive plates. Lankan Filling Station: will showcase its beloved hoppers and Sri Lankan-inspired dishes.
• Kiln: Ace Hotel’s pastry chef, Andy Bowdy, will be on hand whipping up fun desserts.
• TBC by Grape Garden: Partake in mood-lifting Northern Chinese.
• Ho Jiak: Savour authentic Malaysian cuisine.
