very month, Mini Mariners welcomes two- to five-year-olds and their parents/carers. Expect lots of fun with games, crafts, story time, tours and more. Interactive gallery tours are led by a costumed guide, and there is art-making and free play in a themed activity space.

In February, kids can swish, bubble, splash and dive into the wonderful world of water, in a character-guided tour of the museum galleries. They will discover stories about water and how we use it every day, plus sing songs, enjoy messy play activities, and make their own bubble painting to take home.

Then in March, the littlies can toot-toot, chug-chug and row-row around the museum, exploring different types of transport and how they move, in a special character-guided tour. They will enjoy stories, sing songs, and move and dance through the galleries in this fun-filled learning program. Plus they will craft their own souvenir boat, hot air balloon or sailor hat to take home.
