The Century captures the essence of Golden Century, which has been a popular Sydney institution and the group's Chinatown flagship restaurant, by serving its favourite classics and signature dishes.
Showcasing a new interior concept for the venue which has been designed by Paring Onions based in Hong Kong, The Century's new look plays with the symbolisms of Chinese culinary culture with a refreshing and modern twist. The new name reflects the design concept, and also helps customers differentiate between other venues in the group.
Among the design features, 15 double glazed aquarium tanks line the entrance, emphasising the use of the very best, fresh and live seafood, prepared and served multiple ways by the award winning chefs. The food is matched by their extensive wine list. The restaurant seats 250 people and houses stylish private and semi-private dining rooms for groups of six to 70 people.
