The team’s sixth venture is a fresh new approach with a 50/50 split between dessert and savoury options. Since inception, critical acclaim for its quality yet intriguing take on familiar dishes has generated a following of over 26,500 on social media.
Executive chef Zacharay Tan collaborated alongside pastry maestro Marcus Andrew to design a menu influenced by Japanese flavours.
